Psiloc Photo Tagger is a tool which
automatically tags and renames photos taken
by your phone camera. Tags and filenames
depend on location information sent by your GSM operator. Tagging works in background

operator to provide so called cell info
through cell broadcast message. You can
check if it's available by enabling cell
